Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using WakeWalk (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

WakeWalk is an alarm clock application that helps users maintain consistent wake-up routines by requiring them to walk a certain number of steps after the alarm stops.

Subscription Services

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

• Monthly Upgrade: Monthly subscription providing access to premium features including gradient themes and ad free experience.
• Price: $0.99 per month (price may vary by region and will be shown at checkout)
• Payment: Subscriptions are billed through your App Store account
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Cancellation: You can cancel anytime in your App Store account settings

Subscription Management

• Subscriptions can be managed and cancelled in your App Store account settings
• Unused portions of free trials are forfeited upon subscription purchase

User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this App
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You agree not to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

WakeWalk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted in the App and take effect immediately.
